# **Terms and Conditions for Tap & GO Ride-Sharing App**

Welcome to **Tap & GO** ("we," "our," or "us"). These **Terms and Conditions** ("Terms") govern your use of the Tap & GO mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

## **1. Acceptance of Terms**
By registering an account or using Tap & GO, you confirm that you:
- Are at least **18 years old** (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

### **a. Registration**
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.
### **b. Account Suspension/Termination**
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unsafe behavior.

## **3. Ride-Sharing Services**
### **a. For Passengers**
- You agree to pay the fare displayed before confirming the ride.
- You must treat drivers with respect and follow safety guidelines.
- Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver is assigned.
### **b. For Drivers**
- You must have a valid driverโs license, insurance, and a registered vehicle.
- You agree to provide safe and professional service.
- You will not discriminate against passengers based on race, gender, religion, etc.
### **c. Pricing & Payments**
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand.
- Payments are processed via in-app payment methods (credit/debit cards, digital wallets, etc.).
- We may adjust pricing or introduce promotions at our discretion.

## **4. Prohibited Conduct**
You agree **not** to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Misrepresent your identity or vehicle details.
- Operate the app while driving (for drivers).
- Share explicit or offensive content through the app.

## **5. Cancellations & Refunds**
- **Passengers** may cancel before a driver is assigned without a fee.
- **Drivers** should avoid excessive cancellations to maintain good standing.
- Refunds are processed based on our **Refund Policy** (available in the app).

## **6. Liability & Disclaimers**
- Tap & GO acts as an intermediary between passengers and drivers.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or disputes between users.
- Drivers are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

- The Tap & GO app, logo, and content are owned by us.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
